【重要なお知らせ】セルフチェックイン・アウト導入について

日頃よりM’s Stay Okinawaをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

当ホテルは、2025年7月より、
無人運用によるセルフチェックイン・アウトを導入しております。

ご予約後、チェックインに関するご案内をメールまたはSMSにてお送りさせていただきます。

ご予約の際は、必ず「PCメール受信可能なメールアドレス」及び「携帯電話番号」のご入力をお願い申し上げます。

ご予約サイトにより、連絡先の入力が不要なサイトや、
予約サイトのシステム上のマイページ専用チャットにメッセージが送信されることがございます。

その際は、お手数かけますが下記メールアドレス宛に受信可能なメールアドレスをご連絡ください。

【Important Notice】Introduction of Self Check-In and Check-Out

Thank you for your continued support of M’s Stay Okinawa.

Starting from July 2025, our hotel will implement a self check-in and check-out system operated without on-site staff.

After your reservation, we will send you check-in instructions via email or SMS.

When making a reservation, please be sure to provide an email address that can receive PC emails and a mobile phone number.

Depending on the booking website, you may not be required to enter your contact information, or messages may be sent via the reservation site’s internal chat system (My Page).

In such cases, we kindly ask that you send a reachable email address to the following contact:
