Please read below carefully before signing the registration form

• Our facility uses an unmanned (self-service) check-in system.
• M’s Stay Okinawa would not refund rates for your early check out.
• It will be extra charge of 1,100 yen/hour for late check out. (2,500 yen/hour for 6F Suite Room)Caution; The extra charge occures form soon as past 10 A.M.
• A parking fee of ¥1,000 is charged per stay.
• M’s Stay Okinawa would not take any responsibility for any kind of properties around thebuilding and parking area. Hotel cannot be responsible for safe keeping valuable items.
• M’s Stay Okinawa would not take any responsibility for any kind of troubles between you andperson concerned happenings around the buildings and the parking area. In a case we suffer aserious loss from the troubles, physical damages including fixtures, furnishings, equipment andthe building itself, compensation can be clamed after your check out.
• M’s Stay Okinawa will charge you 50,000 yen when the each room keys has been lost or broken.
• It is strictly prohibited to let enter any guest who do not officially checked in. In case we find asituation stated above, compensation can be clamed after your check out.
• Please keep quiet and refrain from having a party, talking loud after 9:00 pm
• When there is a claim from other visitors, we will ask you to leave the room.
• (We would not refund the room rates, will report police if it cannot be understood after warning)
• Smoking inside the room is prohibited. Please use designated smoking area.
• Office is open 7days from 9:00 to 17:30.

For all Customers: Help us separate recyclable materials

M’s Stay Okinawa sorts garbage to protect the natural environment.

Please rinse out plastic bottles, put the labels and caps in the burnable garbage, and separatethe bottles. Please leave the garbage bags outside your room door.

Please read our Hotel Policy and a list below carefully.

• Please read the “Hotel Information” file well. Hotel policy, many other information are inside. The file is in your room.
• Please note that if you check out after 1pm, you will be charged for one day.
• The main door will be locked after 17:30, so please use your room key to open it.
• Please use the designated parking lot during your stay. (Please do not park other spaces)
• Smoking and vape inside room and balcony is prohibited. Please use designated smoking areas. (1st floor and staircase landing) .
• Please keep quiet after 21:00. Some guests are sleeping.
• There are areas where sound can easily travel through the floors and walls, so please be considerate of other guests when making noise such as footsteps.
• It is prohibited to take any electrical appliances, tableware or other items out of the room.
• (The following two items are for guests staying multiple nights)
  There is a special bag in your room, so please put your used towels in it and place it
  outside your room door. Our staff will replace it with a new towel.
• If your trash can is full, please sort it and leave the trash bag outside your room door.
  (Please separate burnable/nonburnable materials!)

About Hot Water

Please note that if you set the temperature too high and continue to use hot water, the gas leak safety device will be activated and the gas supply will be shut off.
