Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the room and balcony. Please use designated smoking areas at the stairs of every floor and outside of the stairs of ground floor.

If you need extra amenities, please take necessary amount from the shelf by the front desk.
Please put used towels in a bag in the room, and please put it outside room door.
Regarding Lost Items
Food and beverages will be disposed of immediately for safety reasons.
Other belongings will be kept for up to 3 months. Items not claimed within this period will be disposed of.
About The Trash While Your Stays
Illegal dumping of suitcases, large luggage, or a large number of cardboard boxes is strictly prohibited.
Please make sure to take them back with you.
If you would like your trash to be collected during your stay, please place the trash bag outside your room door.
(There are extra trash bags at the bottom of each trash bin in your room. Please use them as needed.)

It will be extra charge of 1,100 yen/hour for late check out. (2,500 yen/hour for 6F Suite Room) Caution; The extra charge occures form soon as past 10 A.M.
Please note that the hotel is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of personal belongings in the parking lot or on/off the premises of M’s Stay Okinawa. Please take full responsibility for managing your valuables and personal items.
In case you lose your room key, a fee of 50,000 yen will be charged for key reissuance and cylinder replacement.
If you damage any building or fixtures, please report it immediately. Failure to report, or depending on the extent of the damage, may result in additional charges later.
If there is a complaint from other guests, you may be asked to leave the room. (No refund will be given. If the issue persists after warning, the police may be notified.)
Bringing non-registered guests into the hotel is strictly prohibited. If discovered, you will be charged for additional accommodations for each person.
Please keep quiet and refrain from having a party, talking loud after 9:00 pm
When there is a claim from other visitors, we will ask you to leave the room.

Please read our Hotel Policy and a list below carefully.
To check out, please use Keycafe to return your key, just like when you checked in.
Please note that if you check out after 1pm, you will be charged for one day.
The aluminum entrance door is always locked, so please use your room key to unlock it.
Please use the designated parking lot during your stay. (Please do not park other spaces)
Smoking and vape inside room and balcony is prohibited. Please use designated smoking areas. (1st floor and staircase landing) .
Please keep quiet after 21:00. Some guests are sleeping.
There are areas where sound can easily travel through the floors and walls, so please be considerate of other guests when making noise such as footsteps.
It is prohibited to take any electrical appliances, tableware or other items out of the room.
(The following two items are for guests staying multiple nights)
There is a special bag in your room, so please put your used towels in it and place it outside your room door. Our staff will replace it with a new towel.
If your trash can is full, please sort it and leave the trash bag outside your room door. (Please separate burnable/nonburnable materials!)

About Hot Water
Please note that if you set the temperature too high and continue to use hot water, the gas leak safety device will be activated and the gas supply will be shut off.
Just like at check-in, please use Keycafe to return the key. Once you return the key, your check-out is complete!
Information in Case of Emergency
In the event of a disaster, do not use elevators. You may be trapped inside.
(If you are in an elevator when a disaster occurs, press the buttons for all floors and get off as soon as possible when it stops.)
If you need to evacuate, please evacuate on foot, not by car, except for people with disabilities or the elderly.
If an evacuation order is issued when staff are not present, please evacuate at your own discretion.
Please refrain from going outside as much as possible as there is a risk of serious injury due to strong winds and heavy rain.
Glass may break due to wind or flying objects, so please lock your windows, close the curtains, and stay away from windows as much as possible.
When a storm warning is issued, supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants and other businesses may be closed, so please make sure to stock up on the food and drinking water you need in advance. The hotel will not provide food or drinks.
If you have any items on the balcony or are using a clothesline, please bring them inside the room.
If you need to extend your stay due to flight cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the availability of rooms, you may not be able to extend your stay. (Please check the flight status on the websites of each airline and Naha Airport.).
Power and Water Outage
It may take some time for electricity and water to be restored. Please ask staff for more information.
In the event of a power outage, we have flashlights available for use, so please come to the front desk.
Earthquake and Tsunami
If you feel a strong tremor, first open the front door and secure an evacuation route.
When shaking begins, take cover under a table or similar object. If there is no table or similar object nearby, be careful of windows and falling objects and protect your head.
Once the shaking has stopped, check the situation via television, radio, smartphone, internet, etc., and staff will call out to you if evacuation is necessary.
If there is a possibility of a tsunami, please evacuate to a higher floor of our hotel if the tsunami arrival time is short (e.g. within 30 minutes). If there is sufficient time before the tsunami arrival, please evacuate immediately to a designated evacuation shelter (see attached map).
If you can walk, please evacuate on foot. Please avoid using cars as much as possible, as you may be delayed in evacuating due to traffic jams.
Fire
If you discover smoke or fire, please notify the staff immediately. If staff are not available, call 119.(Staff working hours: 9:00–17:00 Address: 北谷町桑江 1-3-18 Chatan-cho, Kuwae, 1-3-18)
If a fire breaks out in your room, please try to put out the fire as soon as possible using the fire extinguisher located at the entrance.
If the fire alarm sounds, evacuate the building immediately.
If a fire breaks out in a hallway or staircase and you are unable to evacuate, use the ladder on the balcony to evacuate to the floor below. (If there is no ladder on the balcony, break the balcony wall and move to the next floor.)
